Examples of the PA Air Assisted Automatic Door Opener
Heavy Doors
Our system will fit an existing door that is already fitted with an automatic door closer. Our system will open the door and hold it open for as long as required, then upon release the door will close as normal.
External Doors
For external doors our system will unlock the door, open, close and then lock on request. Our automatic door openers also have a function to close against a rubber draft excluder and if the door fails to lock it will automatically try again.
If the door still fails to lock an audible alarm will sound.
Internal Doors
This system will open a door and close it automatically after a preset time set by the occupier, or it can be closed on demand.
Bathroom and Toilet Doors
A further option available will sound an audible alarm signal to notify anyone nearby that the door is about to open, also displaying a flashing light.
This system is ideal fitted to a toilet or bathroom door using an illuminated engaged sign while the room is occupied.
The external door opening button is deactivated while occupied, until door is opened from the inside.
The door can still be opened manually at any time by a nurse or carer. This system meets current building regulations
